Job Summary

The role of the superintendent demands an ever-increasing level of professionalism and competence in a wide variety of areas. The super must be conversant with every mechanical and technical system in the building, work diplomatically to solve problems in the building, be responsive to tenants and be able to work as a team member with property management. 

Job Description

 Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks
• Ability to understand the building culture and work effectively across all organizational levels
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Knowledgeable on preventative maintenance plan
• Knowledgeable of mechanical systems, plumbing and electrical
• Reliable and must own car

Must be bondable, energetic and willing to work as part of a team.
