Job Summary

Condominium Manager's role includes the following:

  • Manage a portfolio consisting of Condominium units
  • Must have excellent customer relationship skills, work hard to meet corporate objectives and is an effective team leader
  • Strong condominium management knowledge
  • Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations
  • Hands-on property management, overseeing capital projects, attending meetings with the owner/landlord/boards
  • Tenant liaison, and ensuring proper preventative maintenance programs are in place.
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts
  • Prepare and manage the operational budget for each property
  • Negotiate and administer some aspects of leases, including financial and operational matters
  • Develop marketing strategies for properties

Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years experience
  • Familiar with the Condominium Act
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to understand the building culture and work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • Working ability in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven ability to work as a team
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills

Must be bondable, energetic and willing to work as part of a team.
